BELIEVE: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned" (Mark 16:16).
RECEIVE: "He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe in his name" (John 1:11,12).
ACKNOWLEDGE: (YOUR SIN) "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). "God be merciful to me a sinner" (Luke 18:13).
REPENT: (OF YOUR SIN) "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3). "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out" (Acts 3:19).
CONFESS: (YOUR SIN) "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9).
FORSAKE: (YOUR SIN) "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto the Lord...for he will abundantly pardon" (Isaiah 55:7).
WASH AWAY: (YOUR SIN) "And now why tarriest thou? (in other words why wait? It is urgent.) arise, be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord." (Acts 22:16)
7 Steps of the Plan of Salvation
Romans: Chapter 10 verse 9-10-13
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be Saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession
is made unto Salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be Saved.
Lord I confess that I am a sinner in need of a savior. I ask you to come into my heart and change everything about me. The way I think, believe, and feel. Cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I believe that you died for me, that you were buried and you arose on the third day. Teach me Holy Spirit to walk in your ways and to understand your word. I surrender it all to you right now. I pray this in Jesus name. Thank you for saving me and believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Amen
